He has been a partner in Cardoni & Associates, LLC since 2002.

"The key is to do this job long enough to develop some real skill and still retain the enthusiasm that brought you to the profession in the first place." Attorney James V. Pyrah, a life long resident of the Wyoming Valley, should know. He has made his mark as a trial lawyer who demonstrates both skill and enthusiasm in the courtroom. His trial skill comes from over a decade of representing clients in courtrooms throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. His enthusiasm comes from his clients.

"I tell everyone - if I'm going to do my best job for you, then I have to get to know you. I haven't found a way to represent a person if I keep them at arm's length." That type of personal commitment is evident every time Attorney Pyrah steps into the courtroom. His partner, Attorney Harry Cardoni notes, "Jim understands that, ultimately, this is a customer service business and he takes his responsibility to his clients very seriously."

"A lawsuit is often the most important thing going on in a person's life - we have to respect that," Attorney Pyrah states. "Clients tell me that they really appreciate being part of the litigation process. Most people experience some relief when they understand what is happening with their case and why. Our team of lawyers, paralegals and support staff does a great job of keeping clients updated and involved."
