Kristen Poole has been a litigation paralegal at Cardoni & Associates, LLC since 1998. She specializes in personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice and products liability. She has consistently provided valuable assistance to our attorneys in the pretrial and trial process. She is a graduate of Luzerne County Community College.

For the past several years Kristen A. Poole has been a confidant, a counselor and a friend. In short, she has been a litigation paralegal at Cardoni & Associates, LLC. "There are two parts to every case we handle - the paper and the people," Kristen notes, "I work hard at managing the paper, but the real satisfaction comes from my contact with people."
It is a challenge to keep track of the volumes of paper that can be produced in a litigation case file. She is responsible for generating, organizing and summarizing most of the documents that can be crucial to a case. "I'm always conscious of the fact that any case can turn on a single piece of paper," Kristen observes. From important discovery documents to obscure medical records, she manages to bring order and clarity to every case file she handles.
As Kristen becomes more familiar with a case, clients become more familiar with her. "It's a thrill to be able to meet with or talk to someone and actually help them with a problem," Kristen relates, "sometimes people just need to talk to someone who will listen." Attorney James Pyrah appreciates her ability to interact with his clients. "People feel comfortable talking to Kristen," according to Attorney Pyrah, "it's hard to talk about sensitive or even embarrassing problems but she makes it a little easier."
