Attorney Kostelansky has served clients in Northeastern Pennsylvania for twenty-four years. His extensive practice includes Wills and Estates, Real Estate, Labor, Domestic, Workers’ Compensation, Criminal and Municipal Law matters. He is a graduate of King’s College and George Mason University School of Law. A former Assistant Luzerne County Solicitor, he currently serves as a solicitor to Plymouth Borough and Wright Township.

Attorney Michael R. Kostelansky has been an active participant in the legal community of Northeastern Pennsylvania for well over 20 years. “We are thrilled to have Mike Kostelansky as part of our team of attorneys,” remarks Managing Partner Attorney Harry Cardoni, “His breadth of experience has certainly expanded the range of services we can offer our clients.”
Attorney Kostelansky has a unique and diverse perspective. He's had the opportunity to work in several different departments of the Luzerne County Courthouse and as a former law clerk to two judges. Michael assisted in set up of the child support and spousal support system in the Luzerne County Domestic Relations Office. He has also served as the Assistant Luzerne County Solicitor and Assistant District Attorney. More recently, Michael served as Solicitor to the Luzerne County Board of Assessment Appeals.
Michael is well-known throughout the community. He currently serves as solicitor for two local municipalities. He has represented numerous local governments in police and fire contract negotiations and Act 111 interest arbitration. He has helped many local people make a better life. |
