It's difficult, however, to imagine that you could meet Nicole Sarti and not feel comfortable. “Nicole is delightful,” relates Attorney Joseph Zola. “She interacts with lawyers, clients and their problems the same way, with grace and discipline.”
While the grace is her own, the discipline is the result of a strong family bond. “My father was a Sergeant in the army for 18 years and I am the middle child of five siblings,” notes Nicole with a smile, “In our house, everyone had a job to perform.” Nicole has brought this cooperative spirit to work at Cardoni & Associates.
Nicole has worked in real estate for more than 10 years. She has learned the business by working with all the parties involved in a transaction. She has worked with attorneys, real estate agents, buyers and sellers. Nicole understands the record keeping involved in coordinating real estate closings. She works effortlessly to accumulate information from a variety of sources to make each closing a success.
