Sherry Jenkins attended East Stroudsburg University and completed the Paralegal Certificate Program from Penn State Lehman. Her work is devoted to the practice of insurance defense litigation.

"The most rewarding aspect of my profession is talking with our clients. I enjoy speaking with each person and answering his or her questions. While we learn, our clients relax," notes Sheryl L. Jenkins.

A large part of a litigation paralegal's time is spent analyzing the various records in our client's file. These records can come from a variety of sources and they all tell a story. Sherry obtains general background, employment, medical, educational, and vocational records. Often times, the information in these records can be organized into a timeline. She integrates each individual record to produce an in-depth, chronological outline. This outline is valuable to the assessment of the case.

Under the supervision of Attorney Neil F. MacDonald, Sherry has earned the added responsibility of working directly with experts as they assist with each case. Experts have told us that her thorough review of the records helps them evaluate large volumes of information more quickly. Further, this carefully prepared documentation is utilized time and time again as an indispensable tool for success at trial or arbitration. "Sherry helps me do my job better," states Attorney MacDonald.
